During these cold winter days, there is nothing I enjoy more than spending some time relaxing in a sauna.  Not only does it feel amazing, but there are a number of health benefits associated with it:-Flushes out toxins through sweating-Relaxes muscles-Promotes healthy skin by replacing dead skin cells and opening pores-Increases blood circulation-Relieves stress through the release of endorphins
